Charmeuse satin fabric has a shiny satin side with a modest matte finish on the back. This particular satin is heavier than our Silky Habutae Lining but lighter than the Crepe Back Satin fabric which allows you to find the perfect medium when shopping for satins. The fabric is exceptionally soft with a beautiful drape. It is also 100% polyester and machine washable.

The charmeuse satin is great for garments, event decor, home and venue drapes as well as many craft projects. The fabric is also perfect for event decor projects such as table runners, drapes, table cloths, chair covers, sashes, and much more.
